Sleeplessness and other related consequences have been a topic of interest to me for several years. I have been a victim of the negative consequences of sleeplessness for years, this compelled me to begin to search for better ways of managing and/ or treating the sleeplessness challenge.
I have suffered the consequences of sleeplessness typically characterized by drowsiness as a student, driver and corporate worker. In some worst cases, some people have said it was a hereditary problem for me, while some have simply said I might have contacted sleeping sickness, since I easily fall asleep particularly when not actively engaged in a serious task.
As a student, I have fallen asleep while receiving lectures and writing examinations; as a driver, I have dosed-off while driving in traffic that is typical of metropolitan area traffic jam after a hectic day at work. On many occasion, I have scratched nearby vehicle when suddenly gripped by the invincible hand of drowsiness, while street urchins have also dispossessed me of my phones in similar circumstances. I have struggled many times with heavy eyelids in office meetings and on some occasions dosed-off within my work space.
Sleeplessness consciously or unconsciously can can have embarrassing consequences as I have experienced in time past and that is one of the reasons why I am passionate about sharing how I got solution and overcome the deadly impact of sleepiness, drowsiness, sleep walking etc.
WHY I WANT TO HELP YOU
Statistics (American Sleeping Association, ASA) have shown that many people suffer from insomnia, sleeplessness, drowsiness, sleepwalking, snoring, sleep disorder and so many other names you might want to call it and the number is still growing;
- 50-70 million US adults have a sleep disorder.
- 48.0% report snoring.
- 37.9% reported unintentionally falling asleep during the day at least once in the preceding month.
This problem when not properly taking care off can lead to;
